Breakfast:
A full English breakfast, selection of cereals, fruit juice and tea and coffee are served in the dinning room as follows:
Monday to Friday: 7.00am – 8.30am
Weekends and public holidays: 8.00am – 9.00am
If you have any special dietary requirements please let us know and we will aim to accommodate your needs.
If you require breakfast earlier than stipulated above please speak to us on arrival.

Bathroom:
For guests who do not have an en-suite bath or shower room or for those who fancy a long hot soak in a big bath, a communal bathroom is available which consists of a wash basin, toilet, large corner bath and shower. This bathroom is situated on the first floor.

Check in/Check out:
All rooms are available from 2.00pm onwards. Should you require a later check out please request this when making your reservation in order for us to see if this is possible. Please note this may incur and additional charge
We require all rooms to be vacated by 10.00am on the morning of departure. Should you require a later check out please request this when making your reservation in order for us to make the necessary arrangements.

Emergency Exits:
On arrival please familiarise yourself with the layout of the house. The fire exits are clearly signed and assembly points indicated on the notice on the back of your door.

Guest Lounge:
A communal lounge is available for guests.

Iron/Ironing board:
Should you require to use an iron and ironing board please let us know and we will point you in the right direction.

Finally, our only request is that you are respectful to your fellow guests, neighbours and keep noise to a minimum, especially the bedroom doors as they have a tendency to bang.
